Vivo to Unveil Smartphone with 6GB Ram on March 1

Chinese Mobile Manufacturer, Vivo is all set to launch the world’s first smartphone having 6GB Ram. Smartphone makers are now opting to introduce 4 GB Ram in budget smartphones. However, Vivo XPlay 5 will be the first smartphone having 6GB Ram.

The Vivo XPlay 5 will be unveiled on March 1 and will have 6GB Ram. According to the company, Xplay will be powered by Snapdragon 820 Processor. Some reports claim that this smartphone will have QHD 1440×2560 Pixels Resolution Display.

The company has confirmed that Xplay 5 will come with curved screen on both sides as that of Samsung Edge Series Mobiles.

According to some rumors, this smartphone may feature Solar Charging. However, it hasn’t been yet confirmed by the Vivo.

Rumors state that this upcoming smartphone will have 6 inch display, 4300 mAh massive battery and 16 MP rear facing camera and 8 MP front facing camera. It is believed that this smartphone will be powered by Android 6.0 Marshmallow.

Vivo is not sole company that is working on the smartphone having 6GB Ram. It has been rumored that Leeco is also working on a smartphone having 6GB Ram. Leeco made debut in Indian Market with Letv 1s and this smartphone is selling like Hot Cakes in India.
