With the arrival of the LG G5, the Korean brand introduced a new concept that many persecuted for many years. With several modules available, this smartphone could quickly be transformed and have new components available.

But the brand is to finish this concept and its next smartphone should abandon this modularity and recover the traditional ways again. Though, it sounds bit strange that just after a single try LG decided to abandon this concept of the modular smartphone.

The differentiator of LG G5 is its modular features which easily allow its user to change within minutes some components or add new components to this smartphone. Simply removing the battery, users could add a wide range of extra cells, even ranging from audio converters to improvements in camera as well.

But now the information circulating which make users realize that the Korean company LG has finally decided to abandon the concept of the modular smartphone created for the LG G5 and the next model, probably called G6, will recover the traditional lines of LG.

The reason being pointed to this change is linked to poor sales of this smartphone and also the natural poor adhesion that consumers have these extra accessories of G5.

If confirmed, since the LG is pronounced, it could be a move that will fall ill to all current users of the LG G5. As its bet on this device could easily end up all upcoming foiled accessories, of course after this decision all accessories will also disappear from the market.

However, it is also proofed now that new concepts can not be well received immediate. The Ara Project, Google, took this concept to a much higher degree and even it also ended up the way.
