The world’s largest mobile phone user market is China, now, the first time the number of mobile phone users in the world the two countries exceeded one billion. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India data shows that as of the end of October the number of Indian mobile phone account was 10.3 million, representing an increase of 0.7% the previous month.
