These proposed responses are determined from the most recent responses you sent earlier to the bot.
The chatbots also got the new features in Facebook Messenger like they can also react with GIF image, audio, video and other file types. In this way, companies can “convey their nature”, as the vice president of Facebook communication products David Marcus writes. Also, bots can now connect the customer’s account, such as the banks or online shops.
In addition, there doubts remain exist about the efficiency of the chat bots. Because, immediately after the launch of the platform, it was found that many bots were slow and long continued to reply answers.
