Something that Apple has the right is the defense of its brand and the good image of their products. It is fierce when it comes to enforcing its rules, and does not allow others to make use of their ideas.
It is precisely this point that gave rise to another court case, after Apple was able to prove that 90% of products that Amazon has for sale in their online store, identified as its genuine, are actually copies of others.
For 9 months, Apple has been to evaluate their (supposed) products that Amazon has for sale and found that almost all of these are false and just make use of the company name to mislead consumers. The worst of it is that the own Amazon comes to give its approval to many of these products and to give them its own seal of assurance and confidence.
During this time Apple was to buy and test many of these products, having come to a very interesting conclusion. 90% of the products offered by Amazon are false and have nothing to do with Apple.

For Apple, and beyond are using its brand to their advantage, as there is a real danger when using these products. The tests are naturally inferior to Apple and the build quality is also lower.
Of all these counterfeit products, Apple revealed that almost all are sold by the company Mobile Star LLC, whom Apple now put in court. It is being requested that the court prevents the Mobile Star to sell any product or on Amazon or in any other online store.
However, Amazon has come to defend itself and ensures that it will not stand with these actions of the Mobile Star and has even expelled the company from its online store as well.
