LinkedIn in a new era with providing freshers or student a Job, LinkedIn will help students to find their first job after the graduation or any degree.

LinkedIn popularly known as a Professional networking site, gradually LinkedIn users are professional in background likewise any CA, company owner, an entrepreneur, doctor or something like computer professionals, LinkedIn today launched a new service as ‘Placements’ across India, it will help those grad students who in real time get suffered being not noticed by big companies.

Job seekers are mainly more focused in this types of job providers, different sites are also there to provide jobs, but here LinkedIn is in different format to provide jobs, students can interact to the job owner or employer directly with this launch of ‘Placement’, students will have to submit their CV directly to the server they launch via online, soon LinkedIn employee will distribute those CVs to all the employer, and with respectively they will recruit via LinkedIn and later on face to face interview will occurrence.

In India currently it has 100 team member working in LinkedIn, which is an actually based in the USA, unfortunately among 100 team member only 40 professionals are working in LinkedIn Professionals, “Our discussions with understudies, situation officers and selection representatives included in grounds enrollment point to an unmet requirement for productivity and viability,” LinkedIn India Head (Engineering) Ganesan Venakatasubramanian said in an announcement.

Later he also added that with the launch of this ‘Placements’ will definitely help those job seekers also who trying to get jobs for years, this new launch not only those job seekers but also with upcoming generation of graduations students who will direct step to new paid up firms, the first job providing facility will be from LinkedIn Placements.

It is said by the LinkedIn employers, India becomes the first to established this new services, some of the colleges who adopt this service such as DY Patil, FMS Delhi and PESIT are among the 14 more university or colleges have taken part to their students future establishments. The placement procedure is much more time than ever thought by any member, one of the team member have told that the placement officers can collect the data from all these colleges and later on the percentages of students they will apply for the job for those students. Globally LinkedIn has 400 million users whereas India seeks with 33 million.
